Verboten Brewing’s hosting our first ever STEIN HOLDING COMPETITION! In honor of Oktoberfest approaching, we figured this was the perfect way to celebrate!!
We will be holding this event Saturday, September 6th in our Loveland taproom. Entry fee is 12 dollars a person (the price of our Stein Mugs filled with a beer.)
Entry includes: A Verboten Koozie, your choice of one of our Verboten Core beer stickers, and a Stein Pour (1 Liter) for you to enjoy AFTER the competition.
Verboten Brewing will ALSO be providing $100 for the WINNER to go towards travel to the official Colorado Stein Holding Competition in Grand Junction!! 🎉🥳
*COMPETITION RULES*
- Must be 21 & older to compete.
- No bending elbows, spilling the Stein, or straying from the parallel position.
- No setting down the Stein, switching hands, or adjusting your grip once the match starts.
- Two strikes = disqualification.
- ANY spilled liquid results in immediate disqualification regardless of number of strikes.
