--Programing shows using ETC EOS Software (Element 2 Console)
--DMX theory and how it controls various fixtures & devices
--Working with LED lighting units and best practices for programing into shows

**Side Panel Discussions** (lead by Bob Kessler, LSC Lighting Chair):
--DMX cable runs vs. wireless
--Relays for LED fixtures vs. dimmer racks
--Converting Source 4 Ellipsoidals from tungsten to LED (4WRD Color II upgrades)
