In this mind-bending discussion, Dr. Jan Chaloupka, from the University of Northern Colorado Department of Physics and Astronomy, will discuss how physicists create pulses of laser light lasting an unbelievable billionth of a billionth of a second long, how astronomers can look billions of years backwards in time, and where we fit within this incredible scale of time and space.
