DJ Mindful Hype (Sophia Boedecker Holsapple) weaves together deep intention, sonic alchemy, and heart‑centered presence to guide people into embodied, ecstatic states of flow.
As the founder of Mindful Hype, Sophia blends her experience in ceremony, embodiment practices, soundscaping, and trauma‑informed leadership to support spaces of release, reconnection, and deep resonance. She carries a lifelong devotion to nature, movement, and transformational expression.
Sophia has spent over a decade living between the frontiers of movement, nature, and mysticism. Her work resonates with gentle power, weaving ambient textures, rhythmic pulses, and harmonic journeys that hold space for both subtle surrender and ecstatic embodiment.
When Mindful Hype steps into the DJ booth, you can expect to laugh, cry, release, dance, and discover. She holds a safe, trauma‑aware container, guiding participants into profound inner terrain while inviting them outward into collective flow.
