All I want for Christmas is Sanity: A Night of Mindfulness Practices

The holidays are coming, along with travel chaos, family drama, and a to-do list that never ends! Want to take a breather before the madness hits? Join Union and Susan Smedley, owner/founder of Resilient Soul Yoga Studio for an evening of meditation and yoga designed to help you stay centered, calm, and sane through the season. You’ll learn quick, practical skills you can use at a moment’s notice, whether you’re in a crowded airport or at a tense dinner table. Come recharge with us before the holiday whirlwind begins!

$5 suggested donation, but free if money is an issue!

Yoga equipment and comfortable, light-fitting activewear are encouraged.

Childcare will be available—please RSVP and let us know if you’ll be bringing kiddos so we can plan accordingly
