In a sad turn of events, the King Gorilla crew will not be able to attend VHSFest at the Mahoning Drive-In OR the beloved summer staple Dead Formats in Indianapolis. We will genuinely miss the friends we have made at these exceptional conventions.
But we're making chicken salad out of chicken sh!t, and we are partnering with Planet of the Tapes (Kentucky’s longest continually-operating VHS-themed bar and venue space) to build our own damn thing! We hope that we can see some of you again this October here at homebase in Louisville, KY!
Details are still being finalized, but we have the space, we are lining up vendors, and our resident artist is designing flyers, posters, shirts, and stickers now.
This is getting good.
