Spinal Energetics Community Pop-Up:
Spinal Energetics is an East meets West modality that interacts with your spine, nervous system and energetic field, to access your innate wisdom to know & heal yourself. Through light yet powerful touch, and often non-touch in the field, organic flow of movement, breath and sound initiates. This flow progresses to shift, unwind and release tension, resistance and history that may be stored in the body, mind, emotions and bioenergetic field.
Spinal Energetics is an integrative somatic and energetic modality that offers depth processing of that which can't, won't or doesn't need to be said with words. Transcending language and the conscious mind, Spinal Energetics is a potent option for those who seek to process emotions, energies, stories, the past, the present and beyond with a holistic approach.
Community sessions are offered in small groups (2-3 people). Group/community sessions are a cost-friendly way to experience this work, while also accessing the expanded potency of a group container.
