Louisville, KY – APRON Inc. proudly celebrates 14 years of supporting and uplifting the restaurant community — the people behind the scenes who make your dining experiences truly exceptional. To mark this milestone, Team APRON is thrilled to present: Five Chefs. Five Courses. One Epic Night. An unforgettable evening where incredible food meets a powerful cause — and you get to pay it forward.
APRON Inc., the non-profit that Serves Those Who Serve You, is proud that we get to help the restaurant employees when they are in need. The Ten Taste Salute is one of our largest fundraisers that keeps our mission going strong. We hope to see everyone on Oct 12 for an evening of delicious food & drink, our exciting auction, and friendships- old and new.
We’ll kick off the evening with a lively celebratory cocktail hour, setting the tone for what's to come. Guests will then enjoy a multi-course tasting menu, each dish thoughtfully crafted with heart and creativity by some of Louisville’s finest local chefs — showcasing their unique talent, signature style, and shared passion for exceptional food. Complementing each course, a team of five local bartenders will create custom cocktails, featuring standout spirits like Jefferson’s Bourbon, adding an elevated touch to every bite.
Throughout the evening, Team APRON, alongside our honorary emcee Dawne Gee, will guide guests through a night of giving — including a live auction, raffle, and powerful stories from some of the “Heroes” we've supported over the past fourteen
APRON Inc. is deeply grateful and proud. The pandemic and its aftermath — along with recent fires and floods — truly put us to the test. In response, we received an unprecedented number of applications and, over the past 13 years, have awarded over $1.25 million in grants to more than 1,200 employees from 180+ restaurants. We are incredibly proud of the support we've provided to our community and deeply humbled by the overwhelming generosity from individuals, businesses, foundations and people like YOU who stood by us when it mattered most.
