Community Health & Safety Day

Get ready for a fun-filled day for all ages at the Parks and Recreation Betty Queen Center! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors out for an exciting Community Day packed with activities, demonstrations, and valuable resources - all completely free! Meet your local K9 law enforcement, EMS, and firefighters, and even take part in free CPR/AED classes (no certification, just life-saving knowledge!). Explore booths from Medicare, Sentara Health, the Health Department, and Abide Village —a resource for individuals with disabilities. There will be free giveaways, fun for the kids, and important health information for all. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate our community together!
