🌿 Building a Trauma-Informed Gentle Chair Flow Yoga Community in Loughborough 🌿
I’m so pleased to share that starting Tuesday, 18th November at 10am, I’ll be offering a new Gentle Chair Flow Yoga class at the Bangladesh Social Association in Loughborough.
This trauma-informed class is designed to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for our local community — a place where everyone is welcome to move, breathe, and connect in ways that feel supportive and grounding.
Using the chair as a prop, we’ll explore gentle, flowing movements that bring ease to the body and calm to the mind.
The focus is not on how the practice looks, but on how it feels — empowering participants to move with choice, comfort, and self-compassion.
