Rafters are Ringing #19 Chris Conway / Humble He / Rebecca Leivers

An evening of live music in the beautiful ball room at Fearon Hall. There will be a bar and home made cakes. Bring your friends and neighbours! Tickets are £5 on the door. All the money from this event supports local live music and Fearon Hall.

Leicester's uniquely talented Chris Conway will be delighting us with a performance of his self-penned songs. Think David Crosby on a journey - taking in Ireland, a jazz club and outer space. "Songs of love, peace and outer space" is his slogan and that sums it up well! He has toured with ex-Monkees Peter Tork, played with members of Jethro Tull and Fairport Convention as well as Vikki Clayton, Martin Carthy, Sally Barker, Pete Morton, Cathy Lesurf & Tommy Emmanuel and Talvin Singh.

Excited to be welcoming Nottingham based folk artist Rebecca Leivers back to Rafters. Her songs embody folk traditions and nature, connecting and weaving through the themes of her thriving visual art practice. We are looking forward to her warm, folky vocals charming the rafters stage once more.
