STRETCH & SLEEP | Friday Night Calm
A 90-minute downshift to release tension and support deep rest.
If your weeks are busy and your mind won’t switch off at night, this session is for you.
We’ll begin with Calm Yoga - slow, supported stretching to unwind tight hips, back body, shoulders and chest - then you’ll settle under blankets for a guided sleep story, designed to calm the nervous system and prepare you for a great night’s sleep.
