Start with a warm cup of our handcrafted Gnat & Bee tea, specially chosen to calm your senses. Then, let go as you are guided through a restorative sound bath, featuring the gentle, resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.

This evening is designed to help you leave feeling renewed, peaceful, and fully grounded. Just bring your own mat, blanket, and any cozy essentials.
