Discover creative ways to make salsa with a variety of bases, including tomatoes, chile, tomatillos, mangoes, and even black garlic. Experience a sensory explosion as you explore the world of salsa. Learn about the science behind preserving tomatoes and salsa safely, including fermentation and how to properly acidify them based on research-backed home canning techniques. Plus, participate in a hands-on experience as we prepare a fresh salsa together, along with a selection of unique, non-traditional salsas you’ve probably never tasted before!
