Dr. Charles Havlik of NMSU will discuss his extensive research on landrace chile in New Mexico. Havlik has collected many seeds and stories from around the state, and will cover the history and growing methods of this important agricultural crop. Several of the varieties he has collected have been grown out at the Agri-Nature Center this year. We look forward to seeing you there!
