The 3rd Annual Great Pumpkin Bash

The Great Pumpkin Bash is back! Hosted by Councilwoman Katy Yaroslavsky’s Office, this family-friendly event brings the community together for pumpkin smashing fun while promoting sustainability and a greener Los Angeles.

Enjoy an afternoon of music, delicious food, creative activities, and winter fun!

📍 Where: Pan Pacific Park

🗓️ When: Saturday, November 1, from 11 AM to 2 PM!

🎟️ Cost: FREE for all!

Here’s what’s in store:

Pumpkin Smash Zone Pumpkin Smash Zone: Bring your jack-o'-lanterns from Halloween (make sure they’re free of paint, candle wax, or glitter!) and smash them in the Pumpkin Smash Zone. Turn those pumpkins into compost and help keep them out of landfills!

Costume Parade: Show off your spookiest, funniest, or most creative costume in the Costume Parade! Bring your best look and join in the fun.

Exciting Giveaways Take home compost kitchen pails, shade trees to plant, and indulge in some pumpkin-flavored treats.

Giveaways Every Hour Win awesome eco-friendly prizes like rain barrels and compost/worm bins to take your sustainability game to the next level.

Workshops & Demos Learn from the experts with cooking demos, gardening tips, and more! Get hands-on knowledge to help you grow your green thumb and live greener.

Food Come hungry—enjoy mouth-watering bites from local favorites, including Du-par's, Bennett's Ice Cream, Cafe Knotted, Angelini Osteria, Rahel Ethiopian Vegan Cuisine, and Korean Pumpkin Rice Cakes!
