SQUISH: Platonic Cuddle Puddle

WuːuM is partnering with SNUG to host SQUISH! Because cuddling is scientifically proven to promote emotional bonding and reduce stress by increasing oxytocin, the hormone associated with safety, trust, and connection. It can also lower cortisol, heart rate, and blood pressure, supporting both emotional regulation and relaxation.

We will begin with a 45-minute authentic relating segment centered on consent, boundaries, and ownership of desires, creating a foundation of safety and mutual respect. Participants will be guided to practice clear communication, self-awareness, and attunement to others. This will naturally lead into a structured “snuggle jam,” where touch remains consensual, optional, and continuously negotiated. The experience will be paired with a sound bath to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deeper embodied connection.

This space operates on a sliding scale of $20-$50 for the workshop, cuddle jam, and sound bath.
