Your body remembers what the mind forgets.

Every cell holds a story — written in sensation, emotion, and pulse.

In this guided workshop, we’ll soften into gentle yin-inspired movement, then listen deeply through breath and stillness. From that quiet place within, we’ll invite the body to speak — through image, sound, and word.

Somatic Poetry is an exploration of presence.

It’s a tender merging of yoga, meditation, and creative writing — a practice of attuning to what your body longs to say, and translating it into language that breathes.

No experience with yoga or poetry is required — only curiosity and a willingness to listen. Leave with pages that feel alive. 🌬️✨
