Join multi-award-winning British touring theater company Box Tale Soup and discover the magic of puppetry! In this free workshop, members of Box Tale Soup will share how they design, build, and bring their unique puppets to life on stage–including their sustainable practice and use of recycled materials, turning waste into art. They’ll explore the creative process from sketches to performance, then share some basic puppetry techniques as you try your hand at making and operating a simple puppet of your own. Whether a complete beginner or a curious theater-lover, you’ll leave with new skills and inspiration.
This workshop is limited to 30 participants. Children aged 12+ may participate but must be accompanied by an adult.
