Step away from the everyday and join us for a restorative morning in nature designed to ground your body quiet your mind and replenish your spirit. We’ll begin with a silent walking meditation through the scenic trails of Debs Park to connect deeply with the earth and awaken your senses.

Then settle into a relaxing sound journey — as soothing music and healing instruments fill the space you’ll receive gentle somatic stretching and Reiki energy healing to release tension balance your energy and leave you feeling centered peaceful and renewed.
