Modular Sound Bath: New Moon Reset

For the August New Moon (which reaches its peak Friday at 11:06pm PST), we can expect some unpredictable energy. We will use this opportunity to rest and reset using the Chakra System. Our energies ground us, engage us, make us compassionate and wise. The chakra system breaks up those concepts into individual, more palatable ideas which allow us to review which areas are flowing and which are hindered. Using seed sounds (which reverberate each center), visualization, clearing meditation, and specified sound, we will bring ourselves into more balance.

SETUP

Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
