All ticket sales and participation fees for The Nutcracker Ballet are non-refundable. Due to the nature of live performances, production planning, and reserved seating, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including schedule changes, illness, or missed performances.
If a performance is postponed or canceled by The Grand Academy of Ballet, tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled date or credited toward a future performance at the discretion of the Academy.
Costume fees, rehearsal fees, and performance fees are also non-refundable once paid, as materials, staffing, and production costs are allocated in advance.
