With over 20 years in the tequila industry, Sofia co-founded Tequila Partida in 2004, introducing U.S. consumers to sipping tequila through elegant tastings. Today, as Vice President U.S. of Laelia and lead educator for the International Tequila Academy (ITA), she continues to elevate tequila to the level of fine wine.

Crafted with reverence for tradition, Laelia is made from fully mature, tahona-crushed agave, naturally fermented, and distilled in copper pot stills. Rested in American and French White Oak barrels, Laelia delivers an elegant and authentic tequila experience.
