As we prepare for the intensity of celestial shifts, notably the solar eclipse on September 21st and the fall equinox on September 22nd—this is the perfect time to:

• Let go of summer's hurried pace and constant motion
• Practice the art of simply being still
• Create space for quiet reflection and inner calm
• Allow yourself to settle into autumn's more contemplative energy

Remember: your only job during this sound bath is to fall into stillness. As the natural world begins its gentle turn inward, you can give yourself permission to do the same—to rest deeply, breathe slowly, and discover the peace that lives in quiet moments.

It is suggested to bring an eye mask (to enhance the experience), water bottle, light blanket, and journal to capture any insights that arise in the stillness.
