The holidays can feel like a lot—especially when you're caregiving. Come settle in with us for an evening that’s equal parts cozy, real, and supportive.
5–6 PM: A gently interactive workshop with tools to help you stay grounded when the season gets sparkly… and stressful.
6–7 PM: Empowered Caregiver Support Group—a warm, understanding circle where you can exhale, share, and feel truly seen.
