✨ Our first session kicks off on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 6:30 PM (Pacific Time)—and continues every Wednesday evening as part of an ongoing weekly sound bath gathering.

If you’re new to meditation or sound baths, this is the perfect place to start. In a small and supportive group (limited to 6 participants), you’ll be guided into deep relaxation with crystal singing bowls and other healing sounds.
