This group will provide opportunities for connection, shared experience, and support. Meetings may include guest speakers, helpful resources, and community connections focused on healing, personal growth, and navigating life transitions.
This group is not about fixing or rushing the process, but about creating space to be heard, understood, and supported. Participants are welcome to share, listen, or simply be present—whatever feels right in the moment.
*While the term women is used throughout, this group may include those who identify as women and non-binary individuals.
