Mini Red Flash Game

Children in grades 1st-6th are welcomed to practice in Stokes Athletic Center's Aux Gym with the Red Flash Cheer and Dance Teams from 1-1:45 PM before our Men’s Basketball Game. Participants will then go to DeGol Arena with the full cheer and dance team to perform for the first half of the game. After halftime, we will return to the Aux Gym to be dismissed.

DETAILS:

Arrive early. Parking is free in Lower Stokes Parking Lot. Registration only takes a couple of minutes but we want to start practicing at 1pm. Cheerleaders will be taught be cheerleaders and put into stunt groups if they want to stunt. Dancers will be taught by dance team members and put into formation to learn beginner level pom sidelines. Once everyone is finished learning their material, we will then head into the game (the next room over) and make a tunnel for the players to run through. There will be plenty of photos taken and shared with you after the event via email. Once the game starts, cheer participants will stand on the endline near the windows and dance participants will stand opposite of the cheer team on the other endline. We will conclude with a halftime performance around 2:50 PM. After which, parents may signout their child where they dropped them off in the auxiliary gym. You may stay to watch the game but performances are complete at this time.

Completing this online registration is your ticket to participate and includes 2 additional spectator tickets, pom poms, a face tattoo and the black tee shirt.

Registration and checkout will be in the Auxiliary Gym which is on the other side of the Main Arena (same building).
