🌿 Da’s Table at The Main Cup 🌿
The World Championship Gumbo Cookoff maybe going full steam in downtown New Iberia on this second Sunday, but The Main Cup team and the Hebert family will still open our doors for something close to our hearts: a free community meal served in honor of matriarch Wilda “Da” Hebert.
-- Wilda Hebert believed no one should ever go without a seat at the table. On Sundays, her kitchen was always open; no matter who you were, you were welcome. Today, we’re carrying that same spirit of "simple faith" forward in our community.
--Every second Sunday of the month, we’ll open our doors at 10am and starting at 11am, serve a free meal, just like she did. Everyone is welcome. We’ll serve with love and we’ll serve until the food runs out.
