Boom! Movimiento!
This is a collaboration!! Riveon Mental Health and Recovery, SunDog Yoga and the local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc Iota Phi Omega Charter will be offering FREE movement classes for EVERY BODY. All fitness levels welcome. The class will be taught English and Spanish. This is one of many free courses offered through United Way's United We Sweat. Drop in. Contact Mari Colon at 440-204-4361 to learn more. There will be NO class November 25 (the week of Thanksgiving)
