This class will teach you to make Puff Pastry from scratch, which you'll take home, as well as:

Currants rolls
Coconut rolls
Sausage rolls
Beef pies
Cheese pies
Bouchee
Cream horns
Fruit tarts

Bon Air West Community Center
8am to 2pm.
Cost is $950 which covers all ingredients and materials
