This course is not a drop-in-and-drift experience. It’s a mentorship-style programme designed to support your steady growth - emotionally, energetically, and practically.
Alongside the in-person training days, you’ll receive:
Monthly live online sessions (3 hours per month over two sessions), where we deepen your understanding, practise techniques, and answer real-time questions.
In the final two months, this increases to 6 hours per month over four sessions to give you extra space for integration, supervision, and support as you complete your case studies.
🌟 Can’t make a session live?
No problem - everything is recorded and available via our private learning hub in Mighty Networks.
You’ll also be invited to join a Mighty Networks private community space where you can ask questions, share reflections, and receive guidance between sessions. Helen responds personally and often - you won’t be left adrift.
And when it comes to case studies, we don’t throw you in at the deep end.
You’ll complete 40 hours of guided practice as part of your case study portfolio.
There’s structure and support available throughout - including time in group sessions for feedback and questions - but this is also your opportunity to step into your own rhythm as a developing practitioner.
This is where the skills you’re learning begin to land in the body and become truly yours - and where confidence starts to bloom.

As part of your training, you’ll receive full Level 1 & 2 attunement in Usui Reiki, taught in alignment with National Occupational Standards and an unbroken Reiki lineage.

Clear ethical guidance for professional practice
Certification upon completion of case studies and personal practice

In-Person Training Dates
Our in-person days are held at the Millpool Centre in West Looe, Cornwall, and form the backbone of our shared journey.
Each day runs from 10am to 5pm with plenty of time for breaks, rest, and integration.
