A Course in Healing - Trauma Repair and Emotional Healing Workshop

This is the first in a series of trauma repair and emotional nourishment days and short courses designed for people who need time, space and some gentle, focused practises to reset the nervous system, improve polyvagal regulation and support emotional healing and recovery.

We will be drawing upon a range of somatic movement and yoga sequences, somatic body scanning, attunement and polyvagal techniques, mindfulness and short guided meditations, yoga Nidra and sound healing.

The session begins at 1pm until 6pm and there will be short breaks - refreshments and props provided

These sessions are led by Emma Mansfield, PTSD, CPTSD and narcisstic abuse survivor with support from additional trauma informed practitioners and sound healers.
