At a decent pace this hike should take approximately 4 hours. Please be aware that this is not a gentle amble but a continuous fast pace hike to raise the heat rate and keep fit. If you have time there is a cafe nearby to grab a coffee and have a bit of a social afterwards.
Coast paths are often rough terrain so please wear sensible footwear, suitable clothing for most weather conditions and bring plenty of water. We'll probably stop somewhere pretty to refuel so feel free to bring snacks.
