Sound Alchemy Journey with Intention: "You are Held in Love" with Zooey Seraphine Ibarra

A sound alchemy sound journey invites your body, heart, and mind to entrain with gentle, soothing vibrations. Each journey is composed mindfully to lift you into a dream space, where you can tap into your inner wisdom.
You will be guided into reharmonizing breath, intentional mantra, and guided visualization to lift you into peaceful inner space, so you can let your body experience deep rest and listen to the whispers of your heart.

Through sound & organic aromatherapy, your body & mind will be able to drift into a state of pure timelessness, as you rest in the nurturing musical layers of dozens of ethereal instruments, such as:

Crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, crystal pyramid, gentle rainsticks, chimes, African harp, handpans, and violin.

Each sound journey is uniquely crafted to align with a specific intention, and for this experience, we will practice giving ourselves permission to be held in love.

To conclude this dreamy 90-minute experience, there will be tea and time for journaling, so that you can integrate your inner journey. You are invited to join in for this truly nourishing & deeply compassionate mind-body-spirit reset!
