Do you care deeply about the world but feel overwhelmed by the weight of it? Do you want to support human rights but feel guilty when you can’t make it to every protest or meeting?
True change isn't a sprint—it’s a marathon. Burnout is not the goal; a lasting, soulful impact is. Join us at Cowlitz Metaphysics for a brand-new workshop designed to bridge the gap between spiritual well-being and social advocacy.
What to Expect:
• Energy & Community: We will open with a gentle guided grounding practice and sound healing to clear the "activist's heart." Learn energy-clearing techniques and how to set boundaries as an empath so you can hold space for others without absorbing their stress.
• Accessible Advocacy: We’ll discuss modern human rights and explore "activism from home." Discover powerful, low-barrier tools for advocacy—like digital action, letter writing, and ethical support—that allow you to make a difference regardless of physical or time limitations.
• Empowerment: Shift your perspective from "not doing enough" to "sustaining the flame." Walk away with a toolkit for self-care that fuels your resistance rather than draining it.
You are not alone. Join us in this community gathering meant to empower, connect and learn new ways to make an impact right here in your community.
