Start your day in a state of deep peace and renewal with our Sunrise Reiki Sound Bath. This one-hour session blends immersive sound healing with gentle intermittent Reiki energy work to help you reset your nervous system release tension and reconnect with yourself—before the day begins.

Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just looking to start your morning with intention this class offers a calm welcoming space to simply relax and receive. Dress cozy bring your favorite blanket or yoga mat (we have extras!) and don’t worry if you forgot your coffee—we’ve got you.

Held on the first three Mondays of each month this is your early-morning invitation to chill restore and rise in rhythm.
