Bring a Friend / Community Week is back! Bring a friend, coworker, workout buddy, family member or even someone brand new to fitness to see what CrossFit is all about!
All week long, your friends are welcome to drop in and take as many classes as they’d like, totally free. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to try something new, meet great people, and get moving together.
