Our goal is to raise $20,000 to support our Resource Navigation Program, a vital free service helping individuals connect with long-term supports such as Medicaid, housing, and waiver services. This program has already supported over 260 individuals in the last two years — and the need is growing.
Highlights of the Evening:
• A fashion show featuring Elevated Supports participants
wearing decade-inspired outfits from our Gently Used
Clothing Boutique
• Delicious dinner and dessert
• A curated silent auction
• Music & dancing through the decades
• Prizes for best-dressed guests – come dressed in your
