You'll learn:
-Daily activities to support comfort in pregnancy and labor
-Techniques to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety
-Movement and breath to help labor flow more smoothly
-How your baby's position shapes the birth journey

Registration is required and we ask that you bring anything that will help you feel more comfortable during the class, like blankets, bolsters, etc. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided as well.
