Start your new year in the deep, luscious, heart centered practice of Yin Yoga. In these uncertain times, Yin challenges us to melt into our longer holds with presence, compassion and respect. While embracing Yin's stillness we will be lovingly immersed in the healing vibrations of Tibetan Bowls and Flutes.

Our Yin practice embodies a quiet, inner focus: a stillness of the body and stillness of mind. Through the practice of stillness and staying for a while, Yin offers deeper access into the body, targeting our joints and deeply intelligent myofascial web. Physically, this practice aims to lubricate and protect our joints.

Most poses are on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes or longer.

While your body drops into the yin asanas, Paul Temple of Radiance Matrix will play Tibetan Healing Bowls, meditative flute music and share Tibetan throat singing to deepen the bliss. The sound creates a deep meditative atmosphere, inviting in the stillness of body and mind where we can to tap into our clarity, intuition and peace of mind.

This special session is for long time yogis, those somewhat newer to yoga, athletes and those seeking to relax, unwind and tap into deeper spaces. Our Yin and Bowls offerings are a favorite here at the studio, we hope you will join us.

Limited space is available for live attendance (only) at Double Rainbow Ranch in Boulder. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to get settled.
