2025 Fall Flag Retirement Ceremony

The American Creed reminds us to retire flags with dignity and respect when they become worn, torn, faded, or damaged.

Join the Town of Mead on Saturday, September 27, at 10 a.m. for a respectful flag retirement ceremony. You are welcome to bring your worn flags directly to the event.

The ceremony will take place at the Town of Mead Public Works Facility (1341 WCR 34, Mead, CO 80542), and light refreshments will be available for attendees.
