Crystal singing bowls and a variety of soothing instruments will fill the shoreline with therapeutic sound frequencies designed to help ease stress, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind. As you breathe in the fresh coastal air and take in the beauty of the ocean and sunset, the calming vibrations will naturally support deep relaxation, helping your body release tension and your mind settle into peace.
This Sunset Beach Sound Bath is an invitation to pause, reset, and enjoy a unique wellness experience that blends nature, sound, and serenity.
Please Note: This event is hosted by the St. Regis Resort. Mystical Oasis Beach Credits do not apply toward this event, as the St. Regis operates as a separate entity.
Pricing & Guidelines
Cost: $75 per guest (inclusive of 6% sales tax + 1% local tax).
Bookings are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for no-shows or missed events.
If the event is canceled, it will be rescheduled. Guests unable to attend may receive a credit toward a future beach event (credits only; no refunds).
Props will not be provided. Please bring your own comfort items such as blankets, pillows, or anything else you need for relaxation.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early at the St. Regis Resort lobby. You will be escorted to the beach for the session.
