Gear West Ski Swap — Sunday, Nov 2 • 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. Doors open at 8:00 AM.
Outfit your winter for less and support local ski programs at the same time. The Gear West Ski Swap is a one-day, community-powered sale of quality used/consignment Nordic gear—perfect for first-timers, growing kids, and seasoned skiers alike.
How it works:
No entry fee to consign your items.
This event is a fundraiser: 20% of each sale supports local teams (they provide volunteers & equipment); 80% goes back to the seller.
Payout Options: check or store credit (use it to upgrade into new gear!).
We will not be accepting any SNS or Pilot boots.
Accepted Items
Cross-country skis, boots, bindings, poles, and gently used clothing.
Not accepted: Alpine gear, SNS/Pilot boots, broken/delaminated items, or unsafe equipment.
Schedule:
Seller Drop off: 10/24/25 – 11/1/25: 10am – 7pm @ Gear West
Swap Schedule: 11/2/25: 8am - Door Opens – 1 pm – Swap Ends (best selection early!)
Seller Pick-up:
11/2/25 – 1:00 pm – 5:00pm*
11/3/25 – 10 am - 7:00 pm
*If your item/items do not sell, we will contact you on Sunday 11/2 via phone and let you know.
Items not picked up by Monday, 11/3/25 will be considered a donation to our local teams unless you contact us by 4:00PM on Monday November 3, 2025.
Quick tips
• Label sizes/lengths on items you’re selling—pricing goes faster.
• Shopping for someone else? Bring their height/weight/shoe size for easier fitting.
• Best selection is early.
