Full Moon Meditation (Scorpio/Taurus)

The Taurus Full Moon rises in the heart of Scorpio Season — a time when the veils thin, inviting us to journey inward, confront our shadows, and alchemize the parts of ourselves ready to evolve. Scorpio is the sign of transformation, emotional depth, and spiritual rebirth. It urges us to let go of what no longer serves, to face truths hidden beneath the surface, and to trust in the cycles of death and renewal that shape our lives.

With the Moon in Taurus — Scorpio’s opposite on the zodiac wheel — we are reminded that transformation does not always have to feel chaotic or untethered. Taurus offers the stabilizing energy we need to stay rooted as we navigate the depths. This is an invitation to come back into the body, to reconnect with the Earth, and to honor our physical needs as sacred.
