Stained Glass Stepping Stone Workshop

Enjoy a mindful, creating session, designing and making your own wonderful stepping stone. Stained glass artist Jen will inspire and guide you through the designing and placing process using the vast array of small stained glass pieces. You will make a beautiful stepping stone for your garden that is unique to you.

You will be using waste glass from Jen's stained glass business to create your stepping stone. The idea is to see where the glass shapes take you or you can come with your own design. Let the creativeness flow through.

Once completed your design will be taken away to be set in concrete ready for collection within 2 weeks from Long Eaton Artroom. A perfect workshop for beginners, giving you the creativity and inspiration to do even more.

all materials will be provided, all you need to bring is yourself. Cake and drinks will be provided.

• If a class is cancelled by the pupil up to 14 working days before the class you can re-schedual to another class or a full refund of fees is available.
• If a class is cancelled by the pupil within 14 working days of a partial refund will be given, eventbrites fees will be paid by the pupil.
• If a class is cancelled by the pupil within 48 hours of the class no refunds will be offered.

• Should Mcewan stained glass need to cancel the class due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances then you will be offered the chance to re-schedule or receive a full refund.

If for some reason the Artroom can not open due to serve weather ie. Flooding or snow, we shall make all efforts to notify you 24hrs before the day via email.

• Should you arrive at Long eaton Artroom and find nobody there, please bear with us as we too may be taking it easy on the roads to get there safely.
• Should we need to cancel a class as we are unable to get to Long Eaton Artroom then you will be offered an alternative date to take part in your class at a later date or a full refund.

Jen is not an expert in mosaics or concrete, and occasionally the stones do not turn out as expected. Sometimes, the glass pieces can shift after the concrete has been poured into the molds. Additionally, weather conditions can influence how the concrete sets. While every effort is made to create a beautiful stepping stone, there are times when unexpected factors come into play.

Glass will be available to buy on the day for you to create your own stepping stones at home.
