Introductory Creative Expression Workshop: Who Am I?

This workshop is designed not only as a personal journey of self-discovery but also as a rich learning experience for therapists, counsellors, teachers, and other professionals who support others in their growth.

With a maximum of 10 participants, Who Am I? offers an immersive and intimate space where meaningful personal reflection and discussion can naturally unfold.

Through hands-on creative expression, collage, guided writing, and symbolic drawing, you’ll explore how reconnecting with forgotten or undervalued aspects of self can bring renewal, insight, and empowerment. Alongside your own reflective process, you’ll gain practical tools and creative exercises that can be adapted and integrated into your own client work.
