This exclusive multi-course dinner will feature seven inspired dishes, each thoughtfully crafted to highlight the complexity and elegance of premium tequila pairings.

The evening begins with playful bites like a Plantain Cannoli and Elote Chip, leading into courses that showcase bold and refined flavors: Prawn Aguachile, a savory Mole Wing, and a rich Chile Relleno. Guests will then savor a Crispy Snapper and tender Suckling Pig, before finishing with a decadent Northern Spain–style Basque Cheesecake. Each dish will be paired with expressions from Dos Artes Joven, Reposado, Rosa Reposado, Double Baracca, and Extra Reserva, along with a featured pour of Mala Vida Reposado and a welcome cocktail made with Mala Vida Blanco.
