This interactive event blends education, cooking and real-life brain health strategies for people of all ages and conditions. There will be live cooking, cognitive engagement and the opportunity to connect with community. We’ll help you better understand how attention, memory, planning, and mental stamina show up in daily life and how simple habits can support cognitive wellness at any age, all while cooking and enjoying some delicious grub!
