Our second FREE Willow Springs Experience of the 2025 Fall Season is: The Language of Body and Mind in the Park with Andrea Bell.

Discover the “language of sensation,” that is, how our unconscious mind/body “talks” with us. Then, track your physical awareness during a brief solo exploration of the park; gather with us afterwards to share your experience.
